News. At first, I really would like to apologize for not coming here for such a long time. I haven't forgot about the club at all of course ^^ , I just had a lot of difficulties, like I never had the time, or my computer was broken, I didn't have internet blah blah. Well the matter is that I am here now, and sorry for all those late respondings and everything. Shame on me for this, really.
Well, you know what, we already have quite a few members and everything, so I just thought I could think about something like a contest. That's like something that a DA club does, isn't it? If you guys would be interested in it, let me know. Well, I'm so uncreative right now (and generally) that I can't come up with any ideas.... but wait! you know what! Well we have an icon (which is pretty cool in my subjective and egoistic opinion) but we don't have an ID yet! Soooo, you get the point,... well, read everything below.....

How to join. Well, it's very easy. Just send a note to this club (please not to me, to the club). Please tell me the name of your toy, how does it look like, how did you get it - so a couple of things about it. If you have a picture of it somewhere, send me the link, it would be also great.
If you are proud to be a member, you can put the icon somewhere (signature, journal, or sumthing like that). And it would be great if you could add the club to your watchlist, because I can inform everyone about updates and stuff... but if you come and take a look here regularly, it's enough.

The Gallery.I'm waiting for some doll- or toy- related, or anything 'childish' stuff. If want your work in the Favourites Gallery, simply leave a comment somewhere in the page. If you want, I will add it to our gallery; then note me with the link of your picture, maybe with a little comment, if you want.

Contests. I am proud to announce the first friggen contest of Deviants and Dolls Deviantart Online Community, ever! Well, the point is, to make an ID. Any techniques and tool can be used, and it can be everything from a comic to a photomanipulation. The only rules are,

>> of course the thing have to be your original idea and artwork, (though, if you wanna do a collab or something with somebody, then go for it! ^^ )
>> please note that the size for IDs are limited, so don't make it too big (if it is then I probably have to resize it :/ )

um, yeah, and I think that's all. There are no deadline at the moment, I will decide about that later. If the deadline's over, you can vote and everything, and the winner id will be our ID,.. well it's easy like that. *shrugs*

And, an important thing. If you have done a submission thing, leave a link in the journal, please!! So like, links sent on the main page will be ignored, and probably I can miss it too. It would be much easier if you sent comments here in one place.

I guess, this is all. I can't wait to see what have you come up with!

Of course, I also have a doll. It's a little light brown rag doll, with one blue button-eye. I call him Charlie. I'm simply addicted to him. I bring it with myself everywhere. I made him myself, though he's not compeletely finished, I'm really proud of him! Maybe a couple of you find out him as very familiar from somewhere... and actually, you are right... can I help a little bit? He's like the little rag doll from Issues, the album of KoRn. He's a sort of thing like that, except he hasn't got that terrible wound in himself, I had no heart to cut a hole in him. That gave me the idea of making him -- not just because I'm a KoRn addict, but I think I'm very childish (and also think it's a very good thing! XD ) and, what to say... If you have a toy like I have Charlie, you know how great is it when you have someone, who is always with you, whatever happens, you can hold his or her hands, when you are excited or worried (that's very good especially if you have a test or an exam ) and he or she always listens to you when no one does... If you haven't got something, or oh well, someone like that, you surely laugh at me -- but I hope you know what I'm talking about.
